With Opening Day at the 2020 Open-Wheels 500 presented by Mitchell Transmissions just over two weeks away, preparations towards the race’s second running are already underway.

The first session of track time will allow drivers to practice from 12:00 to 3:00 PM Eastern, followed by the final session of the day from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Eastern.

Coverage of Wednesday’s testing action will be available at the Open-Wheels Twitch channel for the first session, and the Open-Wheels YouTube channel for the second session.

Nearly 100 drivers are already entered towards this year’s second annual Open-Wheels 500 presented by Mitchell Transmissions, including the defending race winner in Italy’s Michele Costantini, 13 former iRacing Indianapolis 500 top split race winners, and currently, 28 of the top 33 qualifiers from last year’s event.
